I’m not too sure if you can receive your bill via emails as i have not come across anything saying that it is possible.
But you can find a duplicate copy of your PTCL Bill online and Print it out.

Make sure you have your phone number and account number infront of you, as those two things are required to find your bill both of those things can be found in any of your old bills.
PTCl is giving also 50 MB dsl speed now a days, its the good achievement of the PTCL, thanks for sharing information and i hope that you will keep it up
