My experience: Activated new account. Have free balance.
But could not activate SMS package. Reason?
free balance can not use for other services than calls.
ADDED MORE BALANCE OF Rs. 20/- ( SMS Package costs Rs. 6.99 )
Now activated again sms package. yes activated… done.
but could NOT send any message. Reason?
you loaded Rs. 20, after deduction balance came Rs. 16/-,
after package remaining balance only Rs. 6/-
and SHOCKING FACT is that a minimum balance of Rs.8/35
should always be kept in account, other wise your package
will finished. so, my sms package born and died just after
the birth. with a new sim with free balance existed.

– Calling
345and speaking to the Customer Relations Officer by pressing0.– OR Visiting the Telenor Sales & Service Centers or Franchises.
