I am sorry to hear about your experience, though it really isn’t a great idea to buy these type of stuffs from Unknown Sales People.

Although it is happening i strongly discourage people from doing this, not just for Mobilink but Wateen, PTCL or any other providers.

Its much better to purchase your service from an Authentic Franchise rather than contacting an unknown sales-man. They only care until you pay them, once they have your money they are gone and of no further use. You can’t get a hold of them. If you have their cell-number they would ignore you if you start to annoy them too much.

On the other hand franchises are better, you get the feeling of doing the right thing at the right place. You know if something goes wrong you can come back here and give them a piece of your mind.

All in all, i am truly sorry about your experience and hope you can at-least manage to get your funds back.

The next day i called the sales person, she said to call the customer service again.. i tried and tried but no one picked up..she said she tried too and no one is picking up..i told her if my internet doesn’t get activated by tomorrow i will return the device and i want my money back … 3rd day it didn’t get activated , i tried logging in.. she told me to email to the customer care and they will call back, so i did and no one called..

I decided the next day to return, i went to the Johar Mobilink Franchise, they said it wasn’t bought from here so it wont be returned here, i told them when u are selling something you come to us like angels and we come to u to return and get our money back which is our Right, you treat us like shit…i finally found a mobilink customer care in Gulshan near expo center..i returned the device and they gave me a receipt and said that they dont have any money right now and i can come in 3 days to collect… its been 7 days and i have tried again and again, but they keep telling me that my refund hasn’t arrived.

I seriously don’t think they will return my money..i don’t know what to do. I never thought Mobilink, a company so big will do such a thing. Wateen and Wi-Tribes are way way way better..don’t waste ur time and ur money on infinity..thanks

use .. Witribe or Cube its so low cost then mobilink. and good package for good service.

Mr. .. In mobilink port forwarding.. you must call mobilink call centre .. they forward your given ports in you Static IP.

Mr. Rico.. may be your area is not support the WIFI Signals. first check it.. then WiTribe is good or use Cube is better then witribe.
