The increase in rates is bound to happen because of the increase in bandwidth. However, compared with other ISP`s it is still better to go for PTCL.

To upgrade without consent and raise your bill without your consent is unthinkable. This happens all the time in the US as well. I do not want to say the price increase is comparable because I do not know the exchange rate. But rate increases are always wrong without prior knowledge.
